Khudabadi Amil Panchayat is privileged to announce tat your Panchayat is launching Housing Scheme for our brethren.The Panchayat has had many such schemes in the past viz.Malkani Mahal at worli ,Self Help Society at Vile Parle, Jogeshwari,Inlaks Nagar at Versova and the last one at Malad around 25 years back.With huge demand and looking at the present scenario the Panchayat has decided to launch one such scheme . The place that we would be constructing the houses would be in Khargar in New Mumbai the Panchayat will act as a CATALYST for the development of the Housing Society. The price range would be around RS 3,000 to 4,000 per sq ft . This price range would be around Rs 3,000to 4,000per sq ft. This would be on first come basis . this would be resticted to only members of the Panchayat .
